Because the AAC consists of 3 office parks and 6 retail sites, we were always looking for ways to drive traffic to our tenants. We created eNewsletters to keep both tenants and consumers updated on what was going on i.e events, new tenants, store hours (pandemic related), and even created posts for Facebook and Instagram to keep them engaged.

Leaving a Good Impression

While these are just a few of the pieces I've created, think big picture. In my time here, I helped bring in thousands of clicks and impressions across all platforms, hundreds of new subscribers/followers and overall helped improve traffic consistency via managed daily posts, celebrating nationwide events, updating about the pandemic and creating interesting , useful and interactive posts.

Belle Hall VIP

For the first time, we introduced a VIP system that would allow anyone to subscriber for free. Subscribers would get early access to events, store discounts, news, and more.

Because it was the first of its kind, we devised a newsletter for one of our retailers introducing the program. Through engagement and impressions, we would then get data to see how well this program did before introducing it to the other retailers.
The newsletter header, accompanied by text as mentioned above. The Belle Hall logo, pictured in the top left corner, incorporates palms trees. The idea was a play on that symbol, working to maintain that imagery while also creating a sense of luxury and exclusivity.

Welcome VIP

Below shows what a new subscriber would receive via email. The "Welcome Belle Hall VIP!" email allows subscribers to more thoroughly understand what they'll be offered. Under each numerical heading will give a brief explanation of said perk.

More graphics created using Belle Hall lifestyle shots and tenant photos will regularly populate Instagram and Facebook to create more traffic for new subcribers.
