The presentation happened before the actual fire drill so mentors would know what to expect (these are just a few slides).  Although no one was told when the drill would actually happen, we made sure to take the necessary steps to make sure everyone was prepared. The Red Clipboard was used by the head staff to make sure everything was running accordingly.
