Introduced Faces
or IF
is a project I started after sitting in on a fashion interview. I was shocked at the answers to the many questions my friend was given by the interviewee. Not just about style, but his goals in life and how far he'd gotten being just 21. I started to look at myself and all the things I had yet to accomplish and wondered why I hadn't reached the points in my life that he'd reached in his. Then I thought, well his life altogether is completely different from mine, but it doesn't mean that I can't go after the same goals, because I had admired them so much.
IF
is a collection of people that have either always been in my life or that I've encountered and intrigued me in some way. While the words on the images reflect who they are, they are also broad in the essence that they could be meant for anyone. You will always notice that in every photo, there is some kind of graphic going on with their eye(s). The interpretation is yes, this person embody these words but that doesn't mean we all can't.
The message on every photo is written by me. It is my own opinion of these people. They are all written with the utmost respect and are meant to be from a source of love and positivity.
